Today (May 8) is National Children’s Mental Health Awareness Day 🧸 A lot of kids are dealing with trauma, ADHD, depression, and more, and they need our support.
Do you know a young person for whom you can be a caring, supportive presence? Sometimes, just really listening to them can make a big difference.
You could also create a simplified version of our Mental Health Spectrum to help them point out their current feelings. Then use it as a guide to seeking more support for them if needed. Explore it at the link in bio.

If you’re pregnant or a new parent, you might be feeling a lot of emotions and wondering if those feelings are okay. Maybe you feel isolated sometimes.
These challenges are normal. And there are ways to feel better!
In honor of Maternal Mental Health Month in May, we created a resource for people who are pregnant or have recently given birth. Explore ways to feel more like yourself and, if you need it, connect with trained counselors who understand what you`re feeling at the link in bio.

Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month is here! All May, we`re celebrating the diverse cultures, stories, and contributions of our AAPI communities across California. We’re reflecting on challenges we face too — especially when it comes to our mental well-being.
Our new resource talks about how we can push back against these barriers, including the model minority myth, and how we can be there for each other.
Download it now at the link in bio.

May is Mental Health Month 💚 We’re using this time to talk openly about our mental health struggles, progress, setbacks, surprises, and support.
Your entire range of emotions is valid. Talk to your people about how they’re *really* doing, how you’re *really* doing, and get support when you need it.
What are you going to do differently this month?

As we wrap up Stress Awareness Month, check in with yourself on your stress levels. Check on someone you know who might have too much on their plate.
Our stress can come from a lot of different places — like bills, work, family, and health issues. It’s normal to feel stressed sometimes!
But if it’s having a lasting impact on your mental or physical wellness, or your relationships, it might be time to talk to someone about it. This support can come from a trained professional or your community (in-person or online).
For help reaching out to friends, family, coworkers, or neighbors you trust, explore our suggestions here at the link in bio.

Can you believe May`s around the corner? For some of us that means going out more and feeling some pressure to drink.
So let’s talk about alcohol use and misuse. (April is Alcohol Awareness Month.) If you’re going somewhere with people urging you to drink, what’s a reply you can have ready as you reach for a delicious *non-alcoholic* drink?
And for more ways to unwind that don`t involve drinking, check out our pick-me-ups at the link in bio.
